Really excited to be welcoming new, and practised, #yogis and yoginis at #East Farndon, #Foxton, #Great Easton and their surrounding communities.  Looking forward to meeting you all very soon and nurturing your yogic paths.

I’m receiving feedback that my website schedule isn’t very user friendly and unfortunately my fliers state my website address as rachelyoga.wordpress.com instead of racheleyoga.wordpress.com … breathe, ‘OM’, and oh dear !!

I’m working on these, many thanks for the feedback.

Perhaps I can reach out to those of you who did land on this page to ‘like’ the website so that we can both engage as a community and hopefully draw in any lost yogi(ni)’s too ? Any comments, posts etc. will be gratefully received.

Enjoy the rest of your day / week.

Rachele.

Bakasana (Crane pose)

I was going to produce a video for you all on this … but this guy has already done a great job.  Take particular note of his instructions in building up the pose… ‘feeling the transfer of weight in your feet’ and ‘getting length in the body’, ‘looking ahead’…  Good luck, enjoy!

Lovely residents of Medbourne, Hallaton, Bringhurst and Great Easton.

I know there are many residents who would benefit from the joy that yoga brings to both body and mind.  What better then than to enjoy some fun, laughter and yoga in the setting of the lovely community building that is the Medbourne Village Hall ?

If you are new to yoga, reasonably fit but curious to find out what it has to offer your mind, strength and flexibility.  Why not discover for yourself…..

The beauty of the Medbourne area and the view across the brook surrounding  the Village Hall never escapes me.  I couldn’t help but ponder at the thought of bringing some Vinyasa Yoga to the setting …  do please ‘like’ this page, ‘comment’ or email me any thoughts and ideas that you may share as fortunate residents of this community.
