You’ll learn how to find deep-rest in order to recharge, restore and start your week refreshed.
CONTENT : In this 1 hour: with the help of a 10 step process and utilising the nourishing sounds of eg. singing bowls, koshi bells, drum and vocal toning .. you’ll release patterns in the body / mind that aren’t serving you and replace them with those that lead you to deep relaxation, rest and balance.
