Personal Data Collected at the Time of Booking a Class, workshop, or event with Racheleyoga
A certain amount of personal data is collected at the time of booking a Racheleyoga class/event/workshop. Health information may be requested for meeting Insurance Company criteria, for your health and safety during sessions and for tailoring sessions to suit your individual needs.
All information gathered through the online booking process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. If you grant permission, it is kept securely either by Racheleyoga or in the bookwhen online booking system (see their Privacy Policy ), and only viewed by Rachel Eastwood and any teacher of the class or service which you have booked.
Racheleyoga uses the email service provider Mailchimp to send out group emails and information relating to eg. any changes of classes and new events/ workshops that may be of interest (your permission to be placed on such a list is requested/accepted on signing up to any Racheleyoga course/event/workshop and you can unsubscribe from this list at anytime) through clicking on the unsubscribe link which appears on all emails sent through the provider
