Coronavirus (COVID-19) Advice

Dear Racheleyoga community

A  top priority is always the health and safety of our entire community. In the light of recent developments regarding (COVID-19), I would like to reassure our community that I will be following all current Government, Public Health England and NHS guidelines to keep everyone safe.

In the coming weeks, I will continue to monitor the information and will notify you of any changes that may affect our yoga classes, but for now, it’s yoga as usual.

To minimise risk and to keep other students healthy, I ask that if you have come into contact with anyone who is suffering from Coronavirus, have recently travelled from a high-risk area as identified by the current Public Health England guidance or are suffering from high temperature, fever, cough, difficulty breathing DO NOT ATTEND CLASS and seek medical advice. Please also let me know.

Gratefully we are tapped into some leading global health practitioners;  their understanding and experience working in the field is invaluable for us all right now. This may include basic precautions or significant restrictions.

I am working to keep our venues a low risk environment for everyone, and ask you to share this commitment in following these tips:

1. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds before and after class

2. Bring your own hand gel

3. Please provide your own yoga mats and any props needed (brick, block, bolster, cushions).  Wipe them down / clean appropriately after your practice.

4. If you do cough or sneeze, please use your sleeve, elbow crease (not your hands) or a tissue and dispose of this thoughtfully.

5. If you are feeling unwell, or showing signs of a cold, cough, fever or shortness of breath, please take the day off – not just to allow yourself to recover but also for the health of your fellow students.

Let’s not panic but take every precaution we can to keep the community as safe as we can –

Thank you for sharing kindness and consideration as always.

Love and Light

Namaste

Rachele x
